At Global Energy, we are committed to providing the highest level of service. However, we understand that things can sometimes go wrong. If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, we want to hear about it so we can put things right.

How to Make a Complaint

You can submit a complaint by emailing us at [email protected] with the subject line "Complaint". Please include:

  • Your full name and contact details.
  • A clear description of the issue.
  • Any relevant reference numbers or documentation.
  • The resolution you are seeking.

Our Process

Step 1: Acknowledgement

We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 3 business days and assign a dedicated case handler.

Step 2: Investigation

Your case handler will thoroughly investigate the matter, reviewing all relevant records and communications. We may contact you for additional information if needed.

Step 3: Resolution

We aim to resolve all complaints within 15 business days. If the matter requires more time, we will inform you of the expected timeline and keep you updated on progress.

Step 4: Final Response

You will receive a written final response detailing our findings, the outcome, and any actions taken. If you are not satisfied with the resolution, we will advise you of any further steps available.

Escalation

If you are not satisfied with our final response, depending on your location and the nature of the complaint, you may have the right to escalate the matter to:

  • Your local consumer protection authority.
  • An energy ombudsman or alternative dispute resolution body (for European customers).
  • The relevant state consumer protection office (for US customers).
